When purchasing from us, we will process your information regarding your purchase and your purchasehistory. When using our site, your username or social media's we will also process this personal data, like your IP-address, what products you have visited or put in the cart.
Purpose of the processing and legal basis
Cavaxo Design AB will process your name, address, social security number, phonenumber and e-mailaddress, information about your purchasing as well as information regarding your use of our social media platforms in order to be able to administer our relationship with you - including your purchases and your user account.
The legal basis for our processing of your personal data, is that it is necessary to fulfill the contract with you. Cavaxo Design AB will also process the above personal data in order to be able to handle your possible request for use of the right of return, warranty, complaint, as well as to fulfill legal obligations owed to Cavaxo Design AB regarding your purchase.
Without your personal data, we at Cavaxo Design AB cannot deliver our products or otherwise fulfill our commitments to you.

To be able to handle customer service matters:
- The data is processed until the customer service case has been closed and for a period of 12 months thereafter in order to be able to provide better customer service.
To be able to implement and manage participation in competitions and events:
-From the date of collection and for a period of 36 months thereafter.
To be able to market products and services:
-For contract fulfillment: Until you close your account.
-For balance of interests: From the collection date and for a period of 36 months thereafter.
Processing of third parties and transfer of personal data
